Leading Medical Q&A Website Ask The Doctor Implements Po.st By RadiumOne

Ask The Doctor LLC, provider of the popular medical question and answer website AskTheDoctor.com, announced today that it has integrated social sharing platform Po.st by RadiumOne onto the website. With more than 25,000 visitors a day to AskTheDoctor.com, and its continuous growth every month, the company needed to offer visitors of the site an easy way to share its valuable content.
“Adding a quality social sharing platform to provide our users with a quick way to share medical content was very important,” said Dr. Suneel Sharman, co-founder of Ask The Doctor. “People don’t realize that looking up medical information is the third highest internet activity, higher than Facebook. Users need a way of sharing any medical advice they get or find so that they can get support for it. In medicine, I believe support is the most important thing in getting healthier.”
Users who decide to use the Po.st social sharing platform can choose to send articles to most social networking sites, blogs or even just by email. Not only this but Po.st allows AskTheDoctor.com to generate revenue with advertisements after someone has used the social sharing tool. “This is very important for us,” said Prakash Chand, CEO of Ask The Doctor. “We are a completely free service for the end user and any revenue we generate goes back into paying our doctors. Po.st now gives us another revenue stream so that we can hire more doctors and get more users questions answered.”
Ask The Doctor LLC who recently partnered with the National Institute of Health as an official research partner will also use the data that it receives from the Po.st analytics tool to better understand its user base.

RoadFish.com mens lifestyle and finance magazine today offered admiration and praise to Maria Menounos after the “Extra” host held up the losing end of a Super Bowl bet. So much more than a money bet, the die-hard Patriots fan had to sport a Giants-colored bikini during Monday nights broadcast of “Extra” in the middle of Times Square.
Joyce Chen of the NY Daily News reports that 33-year-old Menounos bet against “Extra” co-worker and correspondent A.J. Calloway that the New England Patriots would win this years Super Bowl. A Giants win meant that Menounos had to don a red-white-and-blue Giants colored bikini on the next broadcast of the show. Had the Patriots won, Calloway would have had to wear a Patriots cheerleader uniform. Menounos stated as she stripped down to her bikini on Monday night in the middle of Times Square, I hate bets. Im never doing this again.

Menounos has worked as a correspondent for “Entertainment Tonight,” “Access Hollywood,” “Hollywood Green” and “Today.” She has also explored a career in acting, including roles in episodes of Entourage, Scrubs, One Tree Hill, and a cameo of herself in “Tropic Thunder.” In 2011, Menounos took on a co-anchor position for the WBs “Extra” alongside Mario Lopez.

Attendees will be personally escorted to the race pits to meet with the drivers and to see their F1 cars, and then will be taken to their prime seats to enjoy the spectacle on the streets.
